Our Mission

The Antioch Youth Hoops Association is dedicated to developing young ​athletes by fostering a passion for basketball, promoting sportsmanship, and ​preparing players for competitive high school basketball. Our mission is to ​provide a supportive and inclusive environment where players can enhance ​their skills, build character, and learn the values of teamwork, discipline, and ​perseverance. We aim to create a strong foundation for lifelong involvement ​in the sport and contribute to the growth of our community through positive ​engagement and leadership.

Antioch Youth Hoops Association is currently pursuing 501c3 nonprofit status, pending approval by the state of Illinois.

not just a game; it's a passion, ​a discipline, and a way of life. It teaches ​us the value of hard work, teamwork, ​and perseverance, shaping champions ​both on and off the court."

Parent & Community ​Involvment

Parent Meetings:

Mandatory parent meetings will be held to keep parents informed and engaged with the program’s ​goals and activities.


Volunteer Opportunities:

Parents are encouraged to volunteer in various roles, such as team managers, event organizers, and ​fundraisers.

Games & ​Tournaments

League Games:

Antioch Youth Feeder Basketball teams will ​participate in the Wisconsin Youth ​Basketball League (WYBL). Teams will play ​double header games every other weekend ​during the regular season.”


Tournaments:

Teams will play in a variety of local ​tournaments to expose players to a higher ​level of local competition.


Friendly Matches:

Teams will participate in scrimmages and ​other friendly matches with other local ​feeder programs.
